Designed for youth aged 13-18, these week-long overnight camps will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to be a strong leader and changemaker, through the lens of co-operative organizations. Don’t worry, you’ll have lots of time for traditional camp activities like swimming, campfires, and crafts, too!

Older than 18? If you’re passionate about co-operatives and consider yourself a strong leader, volunteer as a CYL camp facilitator! Help shape the future generation of changemakers.

Join the advisory committee!

Our Northern Credit Union Advisory Committee acts as the flag-bearers of our cause – championing local initiatives, helping Northerners in their communities, and working hard to raise awareness of our efforts to give back.

The Northern Advisory Committee is a group of passionate volunteers from across our footprint, who come together to plan and execute social giving initiatives that make big impacts to our communities.

How it works:

Advisors suggest ideas to get involved in the community, like sponsorships, fundraisers, or events. As a team, we discuss ways to plan and execute the initiative that will make a big impact to the community, as well as expand it into other communities if applicable.

How to get involved:

If you are interested in being a part of the Advisory Committee, please reach out to communities@northerncu.com. We meet regularly to stay up-to-date on each other’s ongoing initiatives, and to brainstorm ways to make lasting impacts on our communities.
